PLEASE HELP I Have A Habit Of Biting Things With

PLEASE HELP I have a habit of biting things with just my front four teeth and I accidentally swallowed a piece of hard plastic that is the size of one forth of a small pinky nail and it was pointed it was a square piece to and it was about forty five minutes ago I am going to be twelve in sixteen days does this mean I am at risk for in eternal bleeding or will my stomach acid soften it PLEASE HELP
