Pain and cramping way lower stomach starts on left then radiates to right side and lower back. Am Female. Awakes me at night comes and goes daytime. Tried no fibler diet for a couple of weeks, tried carb white diet. Both did not work. Do not have burning. Occasionally have very mild diahria. No bleeding.
