Pain Comes Often When Sitting In Certain Position Left Side

Pain comes often when sitting in certain position left side below elbow, feels heavy does not hurt to touch,belching helps little or lying on the right side it goes away and i might not have it for weeks its been going on for about 7 mths never staying to long...help!!
