Pain In Peroneus Brevis Tendon. I Have Had Two Cortisone

Pain in Peroneus Brevis Tendon. I have had two cortisone shots with the latest on 6/29/15. This shot only worked for about 12 hours and the pain has returned. The pain is reduced when I do not wear shoes. If I do any physical activity (i.e. long walk or mow my lawn the pain is more intense. I have had the pain since February. I was prescribed new shoe arch supports for plantar faceitis. The arch supports addressed the faceitis, however, the burning pain in my right foot primarily below the ankle and running to the mid-point at the bottom of the foot remains. What can I do next.
