Pain In Butt A Little Then Goes To My Knee

Pain in butt a little then goes to my knee down to bottom of foot. The more I walk the worse it gets. When I get up in the morning hardly any pain. When I walk quarter mile my knee will hardly been and bottom foot gets worse. This has been going on for 8 months. I had 3 steroid shots in back also 3 shots in piriformis muscle also been to ciropractor and physical therapist. Need help
