Pain In Chest Came 2 Weeks Ago While I Was

Pain in chest came 2 weeks ago while I was just sitting down. Felt very tight around my left chest so I went to the hospital. They ruled mostly all the bad stuff out but said it was most likely costochondritis. The pain went down considerably the next two days but it still has dull aches and worsens when I bend over. Just wondering if this could be a displaced rib and if not how long does this typically last?
