Pain In My RT Elbow Area Near The Bend/groove Indention.

Pain in my RT Elbow area near the bend/groove indention. It only flares up (burning and pain) if i extend downward on it and it touches a surface. I have to quickly remove the elbow and arm from that position as it is really tender and hurts and has a burning sensa tion. I have had carpal tunnel surgery in the past in 2008. Can you tell me what the diagnosis is? thank you
