Pain In My Abdomen Like Colic From The Middle To

Pain in my abdomen like colic from the middle to the top the midle of my ribs. I had it on sat afternoon 3-12mid and it went away no diahrea or vomit. Got it backon sunday at 10 pm to abou 6am with dihrea and vomit. It continues but less its just a quick pain in th middle of my ribcaige it comes for a quick 3 seconds and it goes away for a few minutes.
