Pain In The Anal When Taking A Dumb,sometimes, Which Is

Pain in the anal when taking a dumb,sometimes, which is most of the time my anus tears and the pain is excruciating and sometimes even when it doesn't tear the pain is the same and lasts the whole day making it hard to sit.its been happening for 3 months now a month after i had a baby.what could be the problem,please help!!
