Pain In The Left Eye. Slight Swelling Just Above And

Pain in the left eye. Slight swelling just above and to the left eye. It is very sensitive to light; painful in outdoor light. Very small pupils. Tearing from the left eye. No trauma. It is Saturday and I can't even call an ophthalmologist until Tuesday. What could it be? Should I go to an outpatient clinic tomorrow or just take Tylenol until I can call for an appointment?
