Pain In Top Of Testicle, Pain Can Completely Go Away

Pain in top of testicle, pain can completely go away if relaxed and nothing is bothering affected side, however when you aggravate it the pain comes back, it is worse when sitting and leaning forward but fine when laying down or standing as long as clothing is loose, both testicles will hang low when warm and rise up when cold still? Can I rule out testicular torsion? The pain feels as if you were to flick the testicle, not nauseating but very uncomfortable when being touched, I'm 26, also I don't really feel pain in the testicle itself the root of the pain stems from the top of it and when it's really bothered by tight jeans sitting down the pain can radiate to stomach and groin. This is day 5 with the pain but I do feel it's more tolerable now as I only feel pain with I bother it or agrivate it.
