Pain Mgmt Has Chgd Me Back & Forth From Norco

Pain mgmt has chgd me back & forth from norco to percocet which I'm on now 4 a day. For 2 months i am twitching, shaking and tearing. is this withdrawals. my neurosureon says he thinks its panic attacks and put me on tegradol for the shaking and i only feel worse. pls advise I need help
