Pain On Left Side. Like A Side Ache. Also Lower

Pain on left side. Like a side ache. Also lower left back pain. Also some pain below belt on left side towards testy. Urinate all the time. 4x from 10pm- 6am during the night. Always thirsty. Tests have said not diabetic and possibly kidney stone in RIGHT kidney sbased on scan. Also some white areas showed up on left side but not sure what that is he said. Flow rate of urine is 6. Normal is above 20 I am told. Psa test ok. Nothing out of ordinary with blood tests. Go in for test where they put dye in arms and then take x rays, not sure what that's for. Any ideas on what pain is
