Pain Under Left Breast And On Side Of Chest Around

Pain under left breast and on side of chest around upper or mid ribs. Stress echo ok.Slight ankle pulse on left foot a bit sluggish .Family history of heart disease . Had blood transfusion for anaemia about 3 months ago .also seem to have this pain at sometime during day or night. Have history of gastric reflux
