Patient, A 10 Year Old Boy And His Sister ,

Patient, a 10 year old boy and his sister , 12 years old , both had fever and cold which lasted 3 days. After that subsided they developed erythematous rash. Subsequently fever reappeared and counts revealed high platelet count. What infection could this be? We live in Bangalore.
