Patient Is 53 Years Old Male With 35 Years Smoking

Patient is 53 years old male with 35 years smoking history. Diagnosed with adenocarcinoma, Chronic bronchitis and Emphysema last month. The tumor size was 1cm* 1cm. Lobectomy was performed. Is Chemo recommended for the next step? If chemo is recommended, how many sessions and what medicine should he use? Thanks.
