Patient on desmopressin after craniopharygeal tumor surgery just underwent appendectomy surgery.
Patient was on 1.5 mg at 5:30 am and 0.1mg in the afternoon. Surgery was finished after midnight.
Wife took the medicine home. Pharmacy do not carry po medication. Wife will come in early morning.
Meanwhile how much I can give iv or nasal desmopressin. Nurse informed me urine output 900cc over 2 hrs.
