Pelvic Scan Report: Uterus Slightly Bulky Containing Multiple Intramural Hypoechoic

Pelvic Scan report: uterus slightly bulky containing multiple intramural hypoechoic fibroid nodules. 3 in number with the largest located at the fundus and body part of uterus measuring 5.9*5.1cm. Both ovaries are normal sonographically. No fluid noted at the cul-de-sac. Please am 25years and have that condition. What is the best treatment for me and can this affect me conceiving? I have not been pregnant before
