Pennsaid Is A Topical Nsaid From What I Read, Seems

Pennsaid is a topical nsaid from what I read, seems mostly for knees. My dr thinks I have tendonitis in my fingers as opposed to arthritis. It is pretty severe at times. I take alleve lightly, but the kidney / liver issues are worrisome. would a topical like this help.
