Period frequency and flow increased, my age is 34 and ultra sound show posterior fundal myometrial region shows a poorly defined hypoechogenic lesion measuring 14 *12.Anterior right wall shows an oval SOL measuring 22*19mm.A calcified SOL measuring 14*13mm is seen right lateral myometrial wall. Posterior myometrial lesion is causing mild indentation of endometrium. Is this very serious and operation is the only way? Or medicine can help?
