Periodically my legs swell and and are hard to the touch. I am 86. Have no heart or blood pressure. Am on 20 mg Losec. Have osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, mild copd - do not need meds for any of them. This a,.m. went to senior Keep Well exercise class geared to senior - walked 10 mins there and back and exercises are for an hour. Walking home my legs were sore (unusual) and when I got home I realized how swollen they were. I immediately put them up and they went back to normal but it is continuing throughout today.
