Persistent Cough For 2 Months, Developed Low Grade Fever Yesterday,

Persistent cough for 2 months, developed low grade fever yesterday, pain in top of left shoulder, and pain in chest to take a deep breath. I have seen a doctor twice and had a chest x-ray which came back normal. That was a couple of weeks ago. No energy.
