Persistent Obstruction On My Air Passway Without An Apparent Cold

Persistent obstruction on my air passway without an apparent cold or virus. My chest feels heavy from coughing to get rid of the mucus in my throat. I cough hard enough to see stars and out of breath. If I walk a short distance I am short of breath like I had ran a mile.
