Person Has A Swollen Left Leg, No Other Systoms. Measured

Person has a swollen left leg, no other systoms. Measured thigh and calf lf /rt and left was definitely larger than the right. person had surgery, chemo/radiation for ovanion cancer 4.75 years ago.
CA125 went up for 34 to 52 in the last six months..another lest scheduled for mid June.
Please advise
