Pinched nerve under right side rib cage...maybe slight cartilage irritation. Cause from heavy impact on right side. Pain first night followed by soreness and slight numbness on upper right stomach for 3 days. Has occurred before from old baseball injury. Normally takes a week to go away with mild stretching exercise.
