Please ,I Noted in the ponch of Douglas fossa is a well defined cystic lesion with slightly thick wall .It contain solid/debris. It measures 4.3×2.9x2.7cm(18.2cm3) in Volume.
Additionally the LT ovary shows peripherally positioned follicular cyst in a circular manner demonstrating central portion stroma.
The LT ovaries shows normal size=4.6x2.2x1.7cm (9.5cm3) in volume.
RD ovary not visnahzed fonographically suspecting RD ovary in the P.O.D fossa.
Ultras is of normal size and homogeneous in Echotextrine. It is empty and antersted in positioned .Endometrial strip thickness is normal and no focal lesion seen in the myometrum. Utsine Size =4.6x4.4x2.5cm (26.5cm3) in volume .Please kindly help me as what I will need for treatment. Thank you. Deborah Kassim
