Please I am 66 years and had sarcoidosis at an early of 38 years and my spleen was removed. At age of60 years I was prescribed to be takem1000mg of penicillin daily I am also taken daily pressure relieve tablet with blood pressure tablets of 100mg daily. I am also taken 80 mg cholesterol tablet daily. At a particular time my doctor prescribe 100mg of siidenafil due to my lack of sexual desire to use before sexual relation. Since this year, I realised that the siidenafil has no effect on me again and I cannot have any erection. Pleas what can I do
