Please, I Do Appreciate It Greatly. My Husband Was Doing

Please, I do appreciate it greatly. My husband was doing some exercises in which he is putting weight on his elbows. One of them is now puffy with a soft mass that feels like it is liquid inside possibly or fatty tissue. Is this an inflammation of elbow joint or something? What should he do for it? I told him to keep the stress off it. He says it causes no pain
