Please I Need Some Assistance. I Am 60 Years Old

Please I need some assistance. I am 60 years old and I have not slept almost 72 hours, I am Asthematic and Diabetic. Eyes are extremely swollen, have a severe headache, with some nausea, congested, restless and I feel like I'm going to have anxiety attack. My ears hurt, hands & feet are hurting and swell when I try to lay down. Spoke to my PCP today and he gave me antibiotics, prednisone and cough medication which I took this afternoon. I'm still not able to close my eyes and sleep. Should I go to the ER and have myself checked further out ? What can I do for my sleep. This is the first time this has happened to me.
