Please Can You Help Me??? My Husband Is 50 Years

Please can you help me??? My husband is 50 years old. He is experiencing a multitude of symptoms and I believe he is having small anurisum or he may have a tumor. He becomes very light headed and out of nowhere get this insane pain in the front left side of his head that radiates about 3/4 of his head only on the left side. he says that his chest is tight and he feels like he cant breath and his body is very numb. Please I am very worried about him and I need help.
