Please Can You Offer Your Opinion? I Feel Lethargic And

Please can you offer your opinion? I feel lethargic and sometimes depressed. I have a dreadful vaginal itch. The skin on my fingers are very cracked dry and sore, although the I apply moisturiser several times a day. I have tried steroid cream on my hands which helps briefly. I have been tested for diabetes and an under active thyroid, both negative. I have been taking an antihistamine daily for around a year, which has controlled the itch. I have a good diet but find it very difficult to lose weight. I have never smoked, I rarely drink and I am a fit 60 year old female. I visit the gym 5-6 times a week.
