Please Help. I Am A 30 Weeks Pregnant High Risk

Please help. I am a 30 weeks pregnant high risk and I feel awful. I was at the Hemotologist yesterday because I have antiphospholipid syndrome and lupus anticoagulant. I am on Lovanox and baby aspirin daily and he monitors that. I didn't even get to have my appt b/c I was soaked in sweat, bad chest pain, dizzy and my bp was 136/93 and that alarmed him b/c I'm diagnosed with low bp and the top # usually never goes over 100. Additionally I have a sa/av node block of the heart. He stopped the appointment and had his nurse wheel me over a few buildings over to the ER. Unfortunatly I live in a small town and their are no cardiologist or respiratory specialist near here and the ER is famous for Being called the "bandaid hospital" They never checked my heart or hooked me up to the cardio stats, not even when my blood pressure was in the 140'-150's. The doctor said' he's not a cardiologist so he wasn't going to do that, and that I should have gone to a hospital that has one if I wanted that addressed. They did a chest xray and cat scan to rule out a bc in the lungs and they did some blood work. He TOLD me that everything came back normal and fine he doesn't know why I am having these issues. They Discharged me from the ER with my Blood pressure at 150/74! They didn't even do an ultrasound to check on the baby even though I had abdominal pain and decreased movement. They just put a fetal monitor on me to check his heart rate and sent me home after being there from 3-11:30pm. Bottom line is I still fee awful and faint and clammy, I went to pick up my medical record of last night to bring to my primary appt on Thursday and there were to so f abnormalities, please help me figured it what's going on since in this town you have to be your own advocate. I also will add that I have a severe tooth Infection and the dentist will not see me till I'm cleared that it did not spread since my face is swollen and I have chest pain. The ER doctor said, "Idont do care about your tooth infection the ER is to ensure ! you are not dying at this, moment so I am not addressing that. Below are the results of any abnormalities everything else blood work/urine was within normal range. I had an abnormal chest xray and scan with "there are New patchy infiltrates and Opacities in medial right lower lung likely middle lobe. There is also mild interstitial thickening in the left lower lung These are not well seen on this lateral view... This could represent atelectasis, infection cannot be excluded by imaging.
My abnormal readings include
HIGH- glucose 125, WBC 13.4, Neutro 81.2, pH art 7.49

LOW-BUN 5mg, Creatinine .06, Albumin 3.70, Hct 35.8, RBC(red blood count) 4.18, Sodium 134, Lymph 11.7, pCO2 Art 32

Please give me some guidance.
Thank you
