Please Help, I Have At This Very Moment Severe Pain

Please help, I have at this very moment severe pain where the front of my right leg meets my torso it's going up to my hip bone and into my lower back. I do have back problems with chronic back pain and have a spinal cord stimulator inplanted I'm also taking Targin 20/10 lyrics 50mg Neboloin for pain but none of these are working on this terrible pain. I am a female of 44 years old. In a bad way.
