Please Help, I Just Got Over A Weekend Of Particularly

Please help, I just got over a weekend of particularly sharp menstrual cramps and a fever and although the cramps have dulled and the fever has left I have still been feeling an aching pain in my labia minora and also experience sharp pain in labia minora while peeing. I am still on my menstrual cycle but the flow is very irregular this time, only a little a day and almost brown in color. I am also experiencing a sharp pain in my lower back, just to the left of my spine, but this may be unrelated. I am really concerned, this all started this past friday (5 days ago) please help? Is this anything more than menstrual pains and if so, what should i do?
