Please Help , I Was Supposed To Start My Period

Please help , I was supposed to start my period on December 29th and I still have not started . I have taken a test today but it says negative , should I wait another week and test again ? I am not having any pains , I feel bloated, very tired and find my self having to urinate more frequently , I have not ever missed my period this long before .
