Please Help! I'm 16 Years Old And I'm Very Concerned.

Please help! I'm 16 years old and I'm very concerned. Yesterday I was fooling around with my boyfriend and basically he fingered me and I think it was a bit too rough, but I liked it so I didn't say anything. When I got home my vagina's inner lips were swollen and it feels weird to walk. It's still swollen and looks very odd and awful. I don't know what to do. I'm scared. Could it be an infection? Please help me.
