Please Help, I'm Going To Write A Very Detailed Observation

Please help, I'm going to write a very detailed observation on my current symptoms.

1. End of february - While lying down i suddenly cough up blood, first time it ever happened to me. Not a smoker, no drinking, aged 22, doing sports. Went to:
Blood was dark first time i coughed up, after that it was bright red, the total quality was less than a teaspoon.
- chest x-ray - clear, found a calcification in the left mediastinum pleura
- ENT found clotted blood in both nostrils, suggested hemoptysis comes from there
- pulmonologist(very experiencde) supposed it was due to a blood vessel, saw nothing abnormal on chest x-ray, nor did he hear anything

2 weeks later: After taking Nexium(for reflux) + rutaskorbin(vitamin C) + Nisital (vaseline-like thing for the nose because ENT said i have dry mucosa) blood was gone for more than a week. There was no coughing, only when i forced myself to cough to see if there was any blood.

There were 10 days in which there was no hemoptysis. Suddenly came back, coughing a lot of what look like fresh blood with a soft dark thing in the middle. Quantity was overall still less than a teaspoon. Scared and went back to the ENT.
Took the following gastro tests:
- gastroscopy - found out a small hiatal hernia, causing mild GERD, no damage to oesophagus.
- echograph - found out a 3mm polyp on the gall bladder, said it's benign, but suggested checking it every year in case it grows
- waited for some time, since blood stopped. Wasn't properly taking the nexium and the vaseline-nose-thing. Blood came back, probably around a week after that, small quantity, fresh, coughed it in the sink. Went to ENT, said he sees nothing, told me to go to pulmonologist, but i didn't go.
- Was scared, waited a few days but the blood was gone. No blood for like two weeks or more. Suddenly it came back, smaller amount than before, mostly occurs in mornings and when I lie down or in the morning, but sometimes when i'm seated.
- End of may, three months after first episode of hemoptysis - went to pulmologist again. He hears nothing, went to a second chest x-ray - no change in the radiogram. The calcification was still there, hadn't changed one bit.
- Pulmonologist said it might be blood vessels, it might also be GERD effects on larynx or upper nasal problems. Said it wasn't lung or tracheal cancer, sent me to see another more qualified ENT.
- New ENT saw a sinus x-ray, made upper endoscopy on the nose, but didn't go to the larynx, just the nose. Left nostril wall was curved and a "very large third tonsil". Some blood after the endoscopy, coming both from behind and front of nose.
- Back to pulmonologist - said nothing to worry about, start focusing on my exams - two weeks ago.
- Hemoptysis recurs, mild, twice I had fresh blood, very small amount. About 4-5 times there was a very tiny mucus ball, around 2 milimeters (2mm = 0.078inches) with a barely noticable blood dot in it, as big as a needle tip.
- A week ago my throat startet making a clicking/crunching sound when i swallow, no pain, no difficulty breathing, no lumps on neck, but I can hear it. First ENT said it's nothing, going to the second ENT to see if I need to do laryngoscopy.
- Also have - birthmark - neck hemangioma. Pulmonologist supposed a spread to the larynx causing the bleeding, no hoarse voice, slightly runny nose. Upper left chest pain when I breathe in - very rare, had this for around 1 year and a half, maybe had it before but don't remember. It's a sharp pain that goes away after a while.
- No bronchoscopy and no CT scans were made, the chest radiographs were taken with three months distance, showing no change at all.
- Left tonsil is enlarged for months, there is also a slight bump next to my uvula, ENTs said it's nothing, it hasn't grown in 2 months.

So after all of this, is my life in danger?
