Please Help, My Name Is Tim Troost(25) And Battling With

Please help,

My name is Tim troost(25) and battling with depression for 6years. During my first major episode of depression I was put on 20 mg of Lexapro which did wonders for me I truly felt reborn. Together with a psychologist we worked down medication and eventually got me off. Then 3 months later the fog came again and I restarted my medication again and this time again I fellt reborn. Now several years later it happens again to me and decided to stay on antidepressants for a longer time since I feel like I have wasted to much time on this endless cycle, life is short.. Now the problem that I face is that this time I'm on 30 mg of lexapro and eventhough it has helped my depression being less painful it doesn't give me the motivation that I knew from previous times. My depression doesn't get worse but my days aren't getting better either. I'm so scared of trying a different AD because I know how deep a human can fall.... is there a possible addition that I can take that can help
