Please Help Doctor My Tonsils Are Swollen For Months And

Please help doctor my tonsils are swollen for months and not going down..I have had lower back pain once a year...A painful sore at the tip of my vagina but disappeared within a week...painful sore in mouth often clears for itself...inside vigina a bit fleshy..has skipped periods..not on any medication. .help!
