Please Help Me I Had A Scab On My Face

Please help me I had a scab on my face right underneath my lip in the dead center and I have been snorting crystal meth well I started picking at that scab and when I did I just ripped it the rest of the way off and little pieces of crystal meth out of my skin where the scab was started dropping out then I put some hydrogen peroxide on it because I thought that would clean it and then it started gushing pieces out now it is completely sore and red and nasty-looking it really Burns also don't want to go outside in the sunlight hits me isparkle and the sunlight hurts my skin feels like needles pricking me what do I do something fast will it go away or they just fall out what about underneath my lip and so my face Maybe aloe vera
