Please Help Me A Couple Nights Ago I Went To

Please help me a couple nights ago I went to shoot up with a small needle but I was getting problems cause it was dull , anyways right below my palm middle of wrist, I was sticking the needle kinda deep and when I thought I penatrated my vein I pulled to withdraw blood but only air came up so I took it out, but it swelled up pretty good and I'm in a great deal of pain, I think it swelled so much it dislocated my hand at the wrist...
