Please Help Me Interpret My MRI: There Is A Slight

Please help me interpret my MRI: There is a slight lateral downsloping of the acromion. There are mild to moderate degerative changes in the acromioclavicular joint. Edema is seen in the distal clavicle and proximal acromion. This could relfelct reactive changes related to degenerative disease however, clinical correlation is recommended. Mild edema is also seen in the soft tissues along the superficial margin of the acromioclavicular joint. Thank you!
