Please Help No One Can Diagnose Me Wake Up Multiple

Please help no one can diagnose me wake up multiple times with heart pounding feeling sick some times hot flash and sweating sometimes short of breath a m is worse around sunrise I feel sick on awakening pulse feels uneven for up to an hour even s nap I am sick heart was checked was recently diagnosed with apnea can that cause all of this s form of torture thank you please help
