Please I Cannt Easily Defecate. I Eat Well And I

Please i cannt easily defecate. I eat well and i eat fruits too. I will be having the urge but cannt push it out,, instead it wil be coming out tiny. I no what i pass out does not equate to what i eat. Most time i have pains around my waist down to my right leg
