Please Interpret My Ultrasound Result: The Retroverted Uterus Measures 8.2

Please interpret my ultrasound result: The retroverted uterus measures 8.2 x 6.0 x 5.3 cm ( cervix: 3.2 x 2.8 x 2.8 cm) with normal myometrial echopattern. No myomatous lesion is seen. The endometrial stripe is slightly hyperechoic measuring 15.0mm with a small amount of fluid near its fundal end. No gestational sac seen in the present study. The cervix is unremarkable.
