Please Tell Me Following Findings Were Occured In CT Head/brain

Please tell me following findings were occured in CT head/brain of my mother aged 83-Years:
Findings: Involutionary parenchymal atrophic changes noted, Established infraction in right occipital lobe. Confluent hypodense areas identified involving perivntricular deep white matter and subcortical white matter consistent with microvascular ischemic changes. Hypdense area identified involing the left cerebellum likely reresenting ischemic changes.
