Hi, i sm 50 yrs old, 112kg. 5'11". My heart rate at rest is 92 and I feel quite strange. 1/2 way down the left side of my chest I have a sharpish pain and i am finding it slightly hard to breathe without discomfort. I also have a dull ache in my left shoulder. My wife and i did have 2 bottles of red wine last night and a block of chocolate between us.
