Please,am 44yrs now and have been experiencing it,for the past fifteen years,my erection is not hard. Enough to penetrate a woman,it becomes very difficult for me to achieve erection after i ve discharge my semen into the lady,the sperms do not stay long,hence the sperm will comeout please i need help
