Please...i Was Trying To Treat Infection And I Was About

Please...i was trying to treat infection and i was about to remove the cotton wool i inserted into my vagina but i mistakenly push inside instead and since then something have been coming out of my private part very smelling as a very bad odour.....please will the cotton wool come out or should take antibiotics?
