Pls I Keep Having This Nagging Itchy Throat And Right

Pls I keep having this nagging itchy throat and right ear especially at night, nasal obstruction (sometimes I sniff out viscid sputum now ) and I sneeze a lot sometimes. I was diagnosed with allergic rhinosinitis and was given fluticasone furoate nasal spray and cetrizine. The nasal obstruction has now improved greatly but the itching ear and throat seem to worsen even. What do I do pls?
